DATA BASE FORMAT
Our call center services are customized - including a layout and phone script based on your offer, invitation or message and your list column headings.
We accept Excel, CSV or Text - tab delimited, comma delimited (must have column headings) if MS Office Excel 2007, save as 97-2003.If multiple sources are used for your list, PLEASE send them separately to avoid column errors. We need only three columns: (1) Name (first/last) preferred but separate First, Last names okay; (2) Address,
(3) Phone number(s) - residential numbers are more effective. Business
numbers are called, but our experience is that we mostly speak with
secretaries or go into the office voice mail. If
you do include other columns, we will customize our layout to
accomodate them so that you have that data in your final results report -
to support your use of the updates to manage your database. If
the GM or other management contact is not conversant in database
issues, it is essential to have your database person in touch with
Project Planning. We highly recommend that you scan for duplicates and remove all files with NO phone number if possible.
