All we need for a quote is your list size, the actual or tentative event date, what level of program you prefer*, what frequency of reporting you prefer**  (see descriptions below).

PROGRAM LEVELS*

• Basic Program = 1:1 ratio (calling through the list once)
• Enhanced Program = 1:1.3 ratio (calling once through + repeated attempts to 30% of list, which can include confirmation and reminder calls)
• Deluxe Program = 1:1.75 ratio (calling once through + repeated attempts to 75% of the list, which can include survey type questions such as vehicle plans, satisfaction with your service, etc)

REPORTING LEVELS**

• Daily + Final (add $200)
  
• Mid-Project + Final (add $100)
  
• Final Only - default level
